The Healing Essence of Self Love

In the past, we’ve been talking much about self-worth and loving yourself. Today we want to talk more about the importance of self-love. You probably have things in your life that you want to move past. Many people have ailments in the body or something with their body that they’re not liking, and they are trying to move past it. We will tell you that the best way, the fastest way to move past it is to offer your body words of love. Offer your body words of kindness. Offer your body the words that it will take for you to bring ease to that body. Ease to your mind. Because this is how you will begin the healing process more smoothly, more easily.

When you are saying kind words to your body, you bring ease to it. You bring peace to it. And it is peace of mind, it is the ease of mind that helps your body to relax, and to allow the healing process to step in.

The Healing Essence of Self Love

Self-love is so important, and we have been talking about it a little. Now we are going to be a little more in your face, let’s just say, about it. When you wake up in the morning, tell yourself you love you. When you look in the mirror, tell yourself you love you. When you are walking through your day and things start to cross your mind that are not of benefit to you, tell yourself you love you. Just do it. Even though you may think the words come out fake, false, and it is hard to tell yourself these words of love, we will tell you. The more you say it, the more easy it becomes. And you will believe it, and you will love yourself. You will start to look around and see the things that are not offering love to you and you will slowly move away from those things. From the thoughts that you’ve had about yourself that were not flattering, to whatever it may be that you think say or do about yourself.

You will begin to replace all of those words with, I love you. Or you might just say, I love me. I love me. I love me. I love me. Just try it. Just do it for one day.  And then wake up in the morning and think, I’m going to do this for one more day. And then wake up the next morning and think, I’m going to do this for one more day. And keep doing it. Keep bringing that ease to your body. When you are telling yourself you love you, you are not fighting against your own being. You are offering the ease that it takes to heal whatever you are trying to heal. Be it physical or mental. When you offer yourself love, you offer yourself a fresh start to where you want to go.

Loving yourself is the first thing you should do for you and for those around you. When you are loving yourself, when you are being kind to yourself, you have an ease about you that will spread to those who you know and love. If you you do not have love of self, it is hard to truly love another fully. Because you will have hesitations on things. You will have thoughts coming and going about the others that aren’t always flattering. You might wonder why they did this, or what they’re doing that for. Or maybe throw a little judgment into the mix. What we are saying is that when you love yourself, you don’t judge another. You start to realize that love is the key and you show them love. You offer them love like you have never offered them love before. You offer them the unconditional love living in your heart. And when you do this, you are offering the unconditional love of God to others.

But you You must start with this unconditional love in your own being. In your own self. You must love yourself unconditionally. You must be easy on yourself and allow yourself to know that nobody is perfect. And we’re all here. We’re all learning things. And this is a good thing. So being easy on yourself and offering yourself love instead of criticism, just eases everything in your mind and in your body. I’m sure you will be able to feel it as you begin. Just take those easy breaths in and out throughout the day. When you have something in your mind that is not flattering to you, take two steps back in your mind. Tell yourself you love you. And tell yourself that everything is fine. Allow the ease of those words to fill you. Breathe them in and know this is true. Breathe them in and understand that unconditional love starts with you. Starts in your heart. Starts in your soul. Starts in your mind.

And unconditional love is the love we are all wanting. It lives in you already. It’s just waiting for you to notice. When you start to feel the ease of this unconditional love, your body will feel it, and it will help to ease whatever ailments it is you are having. Be it in your body or in your mind. Unconditional love is always yours. You just have to know it, open up to it, and allow it. And you allow it by allowing yourself to love yourself unconditionally.

We have said the mantra, I am who I am and I like me. But we would really like you to say, I   am who I am and I love me. Just walk through the day and look in the mirror and think, I love me. This is so great. I’m so happy with myself. I’m happy with where I’m at in this moment in this time and space. I’m happy with me right now. You’re not looking back. You’re not looking forward. You’re just looking at yourself and knowing, “I am loved unconditionally” and I like where I’m at right here and right now.

You have the Power of change living in you.

We wish for you,
love in your life,
peace in your mind,
joy in your soul.
