The Transformative Power of 'I Am"
As you may know, words appear in my mind as I sit quietly. And there are times when I get the urge to record them. So here we are. The urge is with me very strongly on these words today, so I feel I must share them with you.
The words are I Am . Now we have all heard these words. We’ve all spoken these words. And the question that comes into my mind as I think of the words I am is, how do you use these words? When you say I am, what are you saying about yourself?About your life. About who you are.
I am is a command. I am is God living in you. I am is the light waiting to be lit within you. I am is the creation waiting to come to life, within you.
When you say I am, what are you creating? When you say I am and you let it go lightly, maybe nothing at that point. You have not given it the power of the thoughts, the words, the beliefs that back it. However, if you keep repeating I am and saying the same thing over and over again. You are beginning to create this. Your creator is within you as the power of I am, and does not question your words, does not question your beliefs or thoughts. But offers you what you ask for. When you say I am do you say I am smart? I am beautiful. I am successful. I am love. I am kindness. Or do you say things that are derogatory towards yourself? Do you say things that would hold you in a place that is not joyous to you.
You have the power of I am living in you. It’s interesting because we’ve all heard these words. We’ve all understood what I am is, to some extent. We know that if we say I am dumb, I am stupid, we know that we shouldn’t be saying that. Because we understand what we’re doing to ourselves somewhere deep within. And yet we do it anyway. We say things that do not flatter our body about ourselves. We say things that do not flatter our lives about ourselves. We say things about ourselves that does not give the opportunity of joy and of peace.
Understanding that this power living in you takes your command from I am. And then this power in you creates through your thoughts your words your beliefs and the emotions that you give. And remember now the emotions are the fuel on the fire. But emotions run in every direction They can be anything from love to dread. From joy to sadness. It does not matter what the emotion is. It is the fuel that fills the fire of your creation.
We ask you to listen to yourself as you go through your day. And understand the power of your words. Even if you do not grasp quite yet how strong they really are. Just to grasp that they are a command. Just to grasp that they do help to shape your life, would be a step in the right direction. Know that you have a power living in you, that is directed by your words, your thoughts, your emotions, your beliefs. Know this. And begin to speak more kindly of yourself, to yourself when no one listens, and when you speak to others, as you are in conversations.
Do not back down from the beauty of who you are. Do not back down from the knowing of what you are. Which is a God-like being, here to create love and joy. Do not back down and cower from others’ words and thoughts about their opinion of you. Do not back down from the opinions that are thrown at you that you do not like. Stand up for yourself and know in your mind, know in your words, that you are beauty, you are love, you are kindness.
And that you are loved unconditionally, at all times, in every second, in every breath, in everything. No matter the decision you have made. No matter the life you are living. You are loved unconditionally. No matter the color of your skin. The choice of who you love. The choices you make on anything. You are loved unconditionally.
I Am is God living in you. Creating through you. Manifesting more and more in this world. And it does not matter what you are manifesting. God loves you. However, the true way to have heaven on earth, is through love. And it is over time and over lifetimes, that you will discover this. And when you begin to understand and to speak the words, I am love. I am kindness. I am here, to create as my Creator would create. Through love. Through kindness. When you can understand and begin to manifest, as your creator manifests through you, love and kindness.
You will begin to see and feel and live heaven on earth. When you can trust fully and completely the knowing of what lives within you. Then you can begin to defeat, to overcome illness. To overcome hate. To overcome anything that is not desirable. For you have the unconditional love of God in you.
I Am lives in you. I Am breathes in you. I Am is your breath, is your life. I am is love. And when you begin to create through the eyes of love and kindness, heaven will be yours eternally on earth, and wherever you may roam, as you transition from physical to non-physical.
