Embracing Your Light
Since my near death experience, things have opened up to me in my mind. Words appear that are filled with love, hope, and guidance. I was talking to someone yesterday, and when I talked about the words coming through to me, she said, “scary.” This didn’t surprise me. Many people seem to believe that going within, and hearing the guidance living there is a scary thing. Maybe even something that could lead down the “wrong” path.
This is all about God. It's all about Love.
It's not scary. It's beautiful.
When you begin to embrace the spiritual journey, releasing the expectations of what people tell you, you must or must not do to get to the gates of heaven, you will discover many things. You will discover self love. You will discover self worth. You will discover that you are loved unconditionally and that heaven lives in you. God is just waiting for you to recognize this.
As you go upon your spiritual journey, walk it with faith. Walk it with love. Walk it with a curiosity in wondering what’s next. Know in your heart and know in your soul that this journey, this path, is all about love. When you begin your day, take a moment to imagine that the white light of God is flowing down and covering you. Immersing you from head to toe. Absorbing into your body. See this light emanate from your core. Walk through your day knowing that a spiritual awakening is a loving path. That a spiritual path is a giving path, and a spiritual path is a safe path.
Don’t be afraid of who you are and what you are. This is something that for some may take some time. But I would like for you to know God is love and only love. He loves you unconditionally. And as you journey your spiritual path, you will be presented with so many amazing opportunities, because you will be following a joyful path. A path without judgment, and a path without fear, as you move along.
My path, since I have come back from my near death experience, has been amazing, even though it has been filled with ups and downs. Learning to trust the unseen is part of all of this. For me, some things are easier to believe in than others. So having a full and complete faith comes with its challenges. Releasing old beliefs and taking on new ones can make you question many things. To question as you go is natural.
What I have learned is that when I turn within. When I sit quietly, and release the noise of what is around me, the feeling of faith and peace fills me once again. Give it a try. Go into a quiet space. Focus on your breath. Or focus on the ticking of the clock. Focus on whatever it may be that will get your mind off of the earthly things and bring your mind to the light living within you. A spiritual journey is filled with many rewards, because you will be recognizing and opening up to the unconditional Love of your Creator. You will discover your worthiness of love, joy, health and so much more.
