Finding Grace in Who You Are
Welcome to Understanding the Power Within, Simply, Easily. This is Kathy Ann, Dead Girl Talking. As you know, or may know, I sit quietly in early morning, and words will show up sometimes, and the words are from Spirit.
They’re a gift that I’m blessed with. And they are words that are meant to be shared. This morning, as I sit, the word beauty, or beautiful, controlled my mind, I guess you could say. It kept playing over and over in my mind. And I believe that this is what spirit would like me to speak about today or would like to speak about through me today. Beauty.
Do we take the time to actually sit back, reflect, and see the beauty in the day? Do we see the beauty in who we are? Everything is created by God, including us, including the trees, the sun, the moon, everything. And all we need to do to bring more good towards us more beauty towards us is to, notice the beauty that is already there. And offer gratitude for it. Enjoy it. Just taking moments here or there or taking a long period of time if you can allot that and really noticing the beauty that surrounds you. It is everywhere. And it absolutely starts with you.
You are beautiful. you are loved. You are amazing. We would ask that you look in the mirror. See yourself for who you really are. You are a miracle. You are a child of God. You are a part of God. God lives in you and loves you unconditionally. We would ask that you take the time to recognize within you God living there. And realize the beauty of who you are. You may look in the mirror and think I do not look beautiful. I do not feel beautiful. I am not beautiful. And we would ask you to change your words. To change the eyes that look at you, from eyes of judgment, to eyes of love.
We would ask you to take your time and appreciate who you are. And what you have accomplished. And if you feel that you have accomplished nothing, we will tell you, you are wrong. We will tell you, that you have accomplished much. You are God’s creation, and He creates through you. And everything you do is accomplishment. For it has moved you from where you were, to where you are. The key is to start to realize this, and to change the thoughts of who you are and where you are. And see the beauty in the moment.
See the beauty in you. You are always and forever loved. You are always and forever loved. And when you can begin to love yourself, even a fraction of what you are loved by your Creator, you will begin to see the beauty of you. Each person is unique. Each person has their own qualities. You have qualities that only you can bring to life. And you bring them to life through love. Through self-love. Through recognizing the beauty of you, and recognizing the beauty that surrounds you.
Everything is a gift. Everyone around you is a gift. If they please you or if they do not they are a gift. A gift for you to learn from and grow from. And you do it in your own way. The beauty of the day. Is a great place to start, when you are trying to feel the beauty of life. The beauty in the sun, a flower. The beauty in the people who surround you. The beauty that surrounds us is a gift. And all we need to do.
The only thing asked of us. Is to take the moments, that it takes and all that is asked of us, is to notice it to appreciate it and then reflect that beauty into our own being. Understanding that we are just as beautiful as what we are looking at. When we see the beauty of the day, the beauty of another person, the beauty in anything. It is a reflection of us. We are beautiful. We are loved. Take the steps within your mind to accept this.
And what are these steps, you may wonder? They are simple. Quiet your mind. Focus within. Repeat to yourself, aloud or in your mind. Be still. Be still. Be still. And if your mind wanders, repeat the words. Be still. Be still and know the beauty within. Be still and know the love that is always there for you. Be still and know you were created, through the love of God. Be still and know you are loved. Be still and know you have beauty. You are beautiful. You are perfection.
You are a creation of God. And you can be nothing but these things. For God is perfection and God lives in you. Be still as you look at the beauty of the day, and allow it to soak into your thoughts. Into your mind. Into your feelings. Live with this beautiful feeling in you, and allow this feeling of beauty to overcome you. And you will begin to see the beauty of you.
