Step 4: Emotions-Creating a Joy Filled Life

Welcome to Understanding the Power Within- Simply-Easily

We are on our fourth ingredient in the creation of your life. Emotion. Emotion is the fuel on the fire, so to speak. When you are looking at what you want, thinking about what you want, talking about what you want. Or talking and thinking about what you do not want.

 

Emotion works as an accelerator if it is positive or if it is negative. It makes no difference for your creator says all I have is yours and just takes the direction from you on what you’re thinking and what you are giving emotion to.

 

Your creator is unconditional love. He loves you without question and gives without question. So it is important for you to understand this and start to pay attention to the way you feel.

Step 4 Emotions Creating a Joy Filled Life

This is why we are saying, if you are on a path, of seeking joy, of seeking love, of seeking happiness, you are worthy of this, you are on the right path for your emotions will follow suit and your thoughts will follow suit to these emotions.  For you will be thinking of happy things. You will be amazed at how your life turns into such a happy joy-filled life.


You are here to learn how you are creating what you are creating, and emotion is so important. When you get that feeling in your stomach, when it sinks, you know you are on the wrong path, and you must do what you can in that moment to turn it. We understand in that moment, it is not always the easiest thing to do, to turn off those feelings that do not please you and find something that does. In fact, we understand that it is easier to sink into that feeling of sinking and just go with it. But when you do that, you just sink lower and lower.

Focus on good.

So it is so important for you to reach for that one ray of sunlight and focus on it. Focus on the good. Focus on what you are looking for,  if you are searching for it, and believe it to be there, for you can find something good  in the moment.  If you are searching for it and you believe it to be there you will find it. For it is always there when you put emotions onto your thoughts onto your words and onto your beliefs.  You are one  powerful creator.

 

Everything comes to you, always over time. And we are very fortunate to have this buffer of time for changing our mind. For if you did not have that buffer, things would come at you so quickly, it would be confusing. But you can take that one thought that you did not like, with the beliefs that gave you that sinking feeling, you can take that and you can turn that and you can slowly build on that to something positive, something that you really want. When you are talking to people or listening to whatever it is you may be listening to or reading whatever it is you may be reading, pay attention to how it makes you feel. Does it make you feel good? Does it make you feel dread? Does it make you happy? Does it make you sad?

 

 

Now, some say that they can read something and they don’t put any emotion into it, and we would say that is not true. It would be very hard to do this for you are an emotional being and emotions are part of your creative process. So if you are reading something or seeing something and you think that you are being neutral in the situation, you most likely still have an opinion. And that opinion is your thought. And if you have an opinion, you most likely believe that opinion. So there’s your beliefs and your words. And if you believe that opinion, you probably would defend it if it came right down to it. You would defend it and put put emotion onto it. So we say this because we need you to understand the importance of leaning towards the light, of reading things joy-filled, of watching things joy-filled, of talking of things joy-filled.

This is how you will turn it. It is very difficult to turn things all the way, when your mind is halfway into one thing and halfway into another. And this is where mishy-moshy stuff comes from. So pay attention to your emotions and know your words, your thoughts, your beliefs, your emotions are who you are.

You are what you think. And it is important to realize this because this is how you get out of it. For you think differently when you understand this. You will understand that you can think in a positive manner and you can put emotion on that manner and you can bring yourself up to where you want to be.

 

Always reach for the better feeling thought. thought. Always reach for the better feeling word. Always seek the happier beings in the room. Always seek the happier news, the happier TV shows, the happier anything. Take walks outside in nature and relax into that and feel the ease of it and feel the relaxation of your emotions. We will continue on with more of all of this as time goes on but for now…
