Today we are talking about focus more into detail because we have spoken of focusing many times, but we would like to put a little clarity on what we mean by focus. When you are focusing on something, you are focusing on your mind. You are focusing in your mind on what you are wanting. You’re not focusing so much on the item directly. If you are feeling ill, if you are wanting to get past something in your life that has been there for a while, focus on your mind. Focus on the thoughts that are there. Focus on changing those thoughts. Do not focus on the the issue at hand, because you will grow more of that.

When you have an ailment and you’re focusing on healing it, but you’re focusing on it… You are growing that situation because you are giving it the attention that you do not want it to have. But in your mind, you are thinking, but I’m thinking about being healthy. I’m thinking about being happy. I’m thinking about being joy-filled. So I’m trying to overcome these things. So I look at them and try to figure out how to get past it, whatever it is. When you are doing this, you are giving attention to what you do not want. Focus within your mind. Focus within your thoughts. Focus on your words. This is how you change them. This is how you change you. Focusing and believing in what you are wanting and focusing on the now of it.

Right now, my words have changed. Right now, my thoughts are different. Right now, my feelings are better. Right now. Then move on through your day, continuing to do your best to focus, on your mind, and in the now of what you are thinking. Moving past something that you’ve had for a while is more difficult for most, because they’re so used to having whatever it is, and it doesn’t matter if it’s a health issue, or just an issue in life that they want to overcome. They have had it a while, so when they try to move it out of their life, it is what they focus on. Because this is what they are trying to move out.

We will tell you, or we will offer to you the thought process of focusing within the mind, instead of focusing within the body. Because everything is created in mind, in your mind, for your life. So this is the way to see past whatever it is you want to move out of your life, because you’re not seeing it at all. You’re seeing in your mind, the now of what you want. Of the happiness. Of the health. Of whatever it is. When you see it in your mind, and you are grateful for it in your mind, and you play with it in your mind, you will begin to overcome whatever it is. Our suggestion is throughout your day to be within your mind on the subject that you are trying to move out of your life, as much as possible. See it, play with it, have fun with it in your mind, in a happy way, in a healthy way. You can always ask your guides, your spirit family, your spirit team, whatever you would like to call them.You can ask them for help at any time.

Quiet your mind, meditate, and ask them to help you get your mind right. Ask them to help you get your thoughts and your words right. Ask them to help you to fill these thoughts and words with emotions and new beliefs. The new belief that you are a God-like being. The new belief that you can move
through anything in this life. The new belief that you can have health. You can have joy. You can have love. It all starts in your mind. So this is where you focus. This is how you focus. And this is the way to move past whatever it may be, that you are moving past. This is the way you move past whatever it may be that you are wanting to move past.

Your mind is your moving reel of pictures, that your inner self, your higher self takes as your direction. You are the director, you are the producer, and you are the actor in this movie. And you are here to learn many things. When you are giving instruction, there is no question asking, are you sure you want that? Are you sure that this is what will please you? There are no questions because you are the director, the producer, the actor. You are the boss. You are in charge of you. And your higher self, your inner self, your godlike like self, says, okay, this is fine. I do not want to step in on the journey that you are creating, because I understand that this journey is one of learning. This journey is one of figuring it out. So I will step back and help you to create these things in your mind that you are directing me to.

When you are thinking of the mind first and foremost, and in the now, this is where you move past things. Because you are giving new direction. So write it out if you must. Think about this play that you are making. Think about this movie of your life that is coming to life. How would you like it to be? What would you want in it? Write these things down and read them often and make them, in your mind, a movie. And move past the thoughts of thinking of your body or of your world in the now and move into thinking of your movie, of your writings in the now. This is how change will come to you. And as it comes, as you are in the now, always remember that gratitude is part of it. Is a big part of it. For those are the feelings that will allow this to start to come to life. And be patient with yourself. Be patient because you are learning. And yes, this can happen in the now. In the moment. But for most, the odds are that it will not happen in the now and in the moment of coming out of your meditation and thinking there it is yet. That’s what happens. When you come out of your meditation. When you come ou
of your movie show, that you are creating, you must not look at yourself and think it’s still not here. Remember, it took a while for you to create this. It was not there always. And then allow Allow yourself the time to change that frame of mind, or change the frames in your mind to the new you.
