Super Power 2 – Forgiveness

To find your deepest joy, you will need to forgive.

Realize that no one is perfect. That we are all learning. Start with forgiveness of self. To forgive yourself is powerful. So many times we kick ourselves for what we have done. We think about it and relive it over and over in our minds, keeping the energy of “it” alive. We belittle who we are and then we aim these thoughts at others, thinking they know what we are thinking. We then judge ourselves as well as them for our own thoughts. To forgive yourself is to move past this. Do what you must to feel better about whatever “it” is. You will know what to do, when you listen to your “inner voice.” Then let it go. Breathe it out and release. When you forgive, you stop reliving, rehashing moments that would otherwise hold you back.

Look with the eyes of Love.

To find the perfection you seek in yourself, you must look at yourself and others through the eyes of Love. To look with the eyes of Love, is to forgive yourself and others of the perceived imperfections. Accept yourself as you are. Accept others as they are. Realize that perfection is in the eye of the beholder. To forgive is to release. When you release, you will find peace of mind in knowing, in leaving the feelings you had behind. Looking forward with “fresh eyes” and seeing good, will bring you more good. And more good naturally fills you with happiness, joy. The relief you will feel in forgiveness will be uplifting. It will allow patience with yourself and with others as you move forward, upward to a higher feeling vibration. A vibration of love.

You may think, ” But I have been hurt deeply”.

You may think, I cannot let it go. I have been hurt or deceived deeply. They do not deserve my forgiveness. Realize with this thinking, you hurt yourself. You are the one carrying the thoughts with you. You are the one letting it “eat you up”. You take a toll on yourself when you do not forgive, for you are the one “living with it”. Forgiving the other, then forgiving yourself of the thoughts that linger, thoughts that affect you and you alone, will allow you to move into a better place. A better thought process. A better vibration. If the other person stays in your world, or if they leave, you have done your part. You have forgiven.

Know that forgiveness is release.

When you forgive, you release the thoughts, the feelings that hold you in that spot. A spot you do not like. A spot you do not want to live in. Forgiveness is moving forward, letting go. And you cannot move forward when you hold on to something joyless. It is like standing by a railing, holding on with all of your might. You see others around you, and you want to move, grow with them. But you are stuck. Your hands, your mind, feels cemented to that spot. You may even see the person you have not forgiven moving forward and this makes you stand even more resolute to that spot.

Forgive yourself for these feelings.

Open your mind and let go of the past. To forgive yourself is to move past “it”. Do what you must to feel better about whatever “it” is and let it go. Just breathe through it. To forgive is to release the transgression, as you see it, from your being. Many times there are things that are held on to. These ‘things” can slow down, or stop the desires you would like to manifest in your life, for if you have not truly forgiven, you are holding on to the past. Holding on to, or revisiting the situation blocks you from your good. Your mind is busy with “it” and not focused on your good. Releasing, forgiving, letting go will be liberating. As you let “it” go, you will begin to see more and more good come to you. You cannot concern yourself with where the other is at with “it”, for you cannot think for them. They must do their own forgiving. Maybe they have moved past it and you are the only one left in the muck. For though it may be in your world, it is not necessarily in theirs. Something stuck in your mind could be a distant memory to the other. No matter, for by forgiving, by moving past whatever “it” is, you have set an example. You have cleared your mind. You have grown.

Thought

As I breathe and forgive, I forgive myself, first and foremost. For I love me. I love who I am. And to really allow self love, I let go. I release. I free myself of the burdens living within. I release them, for they were only made up in my mind. This feels uplifting. It feels like new breath. It feels like new life. As I breathe in, I breathe in love, I breathe in peace, I breathe in the good that I am wanting. The good that I deserve. As I breathe out, I know that I have help releasing. I can feel this help. It feels comfortable. It feels loving. It fills me with appreciation. I am filled with peace.

Forgive…Release

Forgiving and releasing helps you to move forward. Letting go of the feeling of guilt, envy, dislike. Let go of the thoughts that hold you back, and allow yourself to move forward in thought. For now you can focus on good. Joy.

If you are stuck, ask for help

Sometimes things are hidden so well in our mind that we don’t recognize them. This is when asking for help is an important thing to do. You have angels, guides with you at all times. They can see what you cannot. Ask them to help plant the seed of forgiveness. Ask them to help you to recognize and pull the weeds in your mind that smother your good. You are never alone on this journey. Just ask, breathe into, allow your mind to be in a state of allowing. Your heavenly guides fill with joy when they can assist you. But you must ask. Then pay attention, for the help comes in ways that are believable to you, through people, things, “coincidences” that happen out of the blue. A calm, allowing mind. A mind filled with the knowing that you are always answered, you just have to pay attention.

Forgiveness is a super power…it is life changing
